Rail Wheel Plant Bela, Saran, Bihar Is Manufacturing Unit Of Ministry Of Railway Of India. For Production Of Wheel, It Is Required To Cut Condemned Wheel And Rail In Small Sizes. The Requirement Of Cut Scrap Is Approx 400 Mt Per Day. The Payment Is Proposed To Be Done On Per Mt Basis
